well, lets start by saying i realy need bigger cams to take full advantage of the rpm this intake loves! it we were having a few problems with it leaning up after 5200 and it would not ritchen up, even after we add 10% more fuel. so i will be heading back to the dyno in a few weeks, after SCT gets back to my guy( he emailed them the data logging results)

the last dyno run it made 305/305 for comparison in the same weather

it made 320rwhp and 295rwtq

it did loose a little torque, but gained 15rwhp, the manifold realy takes off after 5k, and the cams are out of breath by 6000ish, so there not helping each other :nonono:,

i will be going to the track soon for results and searching for new cams.....

ive been looking into the modular headshop NPI spec cams, i would love to go with the stage 3.5, but i dont know if they will have PTV contact or not

Nice you have NPI heads I don't think you will have PTV contact issues but I would ask them before you buy.. worse case you can notch the pistons..

My cam selection is trickier because I have PI heads on my car so I am going to have to notch my pistons and probably go to aftermarket valves

EFI or Carb?

Are those NPI heads ported?

which cam are you currently running?

EFI....

yes the heads are ported

im currently running power heads regrinds 225/230 dur @.50, 540/540 lift, 112 lsa. (there pretty small cams) ive been talking to nick a MHS and he will know next week if the MHS stage 3.5 NPI cams will work with my pistons, he side they should but he is not sure yet, if they do, i will be going with them:nice:

it made that power at 6k, i think it will make ALOT more power if we rev it to 6500+!!!

interesting. Do you have a parts list of the swap? I havent found anyone who could list all of the parts.

mmr makes a full kit to attatch aftermarket rail to the stock lines,

to do the swap i needed

the intake
adapter plate(i made mine my self)
edelbrock fuel rails
MMR regulator, (i have a return system)
autometer fuel pressure gauge
2 fitting to connect the stock lines to -8 feed and -6/-4 return
3 AN fittings (2) -8 (1)-6
-8, -6, and -4 high pressure fuel line

-8 from rail to rail
-6 to the regulator
-4 from regualtor to stock return line
