Hello everyone, I wanted to get some input on the Edelbrock Pro Flo XT PN 35273 from the EFI experts on here. Is it worth the $3400 to go Edelbrock EFI or are there other EFI systems in that price range that are less $ and just as good? Thanks for your input.

I have seen this and have been interested too, it kind of reminds me of a Chevy LT4 intake, and seems to be a much better design then any of the other ford 5.0 style intakes. Plus I think it just looks cool and different.

I suppose from what I always read on here is that Edelbrock software is probably going to be the weakness, but then again I really don't know. But if that is the case you could just buy the intake and run a FAST system or something along those lines.

Try it and let us know how it is!

I'd think unless you want a"old school" look for a show car or have an engine not readily adaptable to EECIV, you'll be much better off sticking to ECCIV. Buy a harness from fordfuelinjection.com, using hardware like I have is easy to find. All the foxbody guy's have already tested every part you can think of, no need to re-invent the wheel.
$3400 can buy lotsa other stuff, less ya just want to be different.

I like the massflo and the one other that looks like a demon carb with injectors. Keeps that old look without a modern intake. Its the one thing I dont like is the 5.0 intakes on a classic, unless its a sheetmetal one or something.

For the life of me I cant remember the carb/EFI setup.

I love this, just wish it wasnt so much money.

I agree with you on this one, I am not a fan of the Fox EFI intakes in a Classic Mustang Engine Bay. The Performer RPM II in Black is not too bad looking though.

I have a 91 Fox GT that I can get EFI parts from, but depending on unexpected expenses, I may end up using them since parts are plentiful and moderately priced for those cars.
