I went with the steel flywheel and heavier balancer and such to carry inertia off the line. Probally the alumimum flywheel and balancer would prevent rear tires shredding off the line and would prevent as much shock to the tires on a powershift. Less weight = more rotational energy freed to the wheels. More weight = more stored energy. Light rods and all would have been nice, but I do plan to squeeze off some juice.
