The better diagnostic shops have the ability (usually pms system) to piggy back your computer, drive the car, and store data about what the system is doing. Armed with that you should be able to pinpoint what the problem actually is. I'd invest in some quality diagnosis before I started treating the symptoms. Problem with taking aspirin for the headache associated with brain cancer is that eventually it will hurt again, and later the cancer will kill you anyway.

Hey could timing being to far advanced be my problem, dyno shop said he set it @ 16 ?

Shouldn't be a problem - mine ran fine with 16-18 degrees initial before we chipped it to alter the total timing at rpm. It's still set to run at 16-18 initial.
