egr problem? whistle i dunno help!

so i got my exhaust done at a custom shop and when i got it back it seems to have a loud whistle/ air pushing out noise when im on it hard and get off. i look under the hood and there is a rubber hose running down on the left side of the block with nothing hooked to it. its spitting air out pretty hard seems to go from the header and hooks up to the air compressor? what is this and should it be doing this? should it be plugged or is it normal? thanks this is a 94 gt

Sounds like one of your air injection hoses is disconnected. Should be pretty obvious where it connects into.

Take and post pictures if you are not sure.
