Also if I don't have a smog pump would it be any use buying the egr and everything that connects to it?

It is evident that either you didn't read my post about EGR operation, or didn't understand it. Which is it?

There was a complete description of the EGR system and a vacuum diagram. Look closely at the EGR diagram and you will see that there is no smog pump in it.

Sorry I don't think I understand it. I don't see where the little vacuum block comes into play? Isn't that what hooks up to the egr?

Found this online I see the white vacuum and black line beside the egr goes to the egr and to the back of the intake. What are the other 2 lines for? Where can I get this block and lines at?

The idea is very simple; look at the starting point and end point for the vacuum lines and connect the two points together with vacuum hose. Whatever you have inline connecting the sections of vacuum hose isn't important as long as it doesn't leak.

A couple of those vacuum lines go to your EGR and the others are for the TAB/TAD valves for the smog pump system.

Ok don't need those then since smog is deleted? Do you plug those off? Slowly figuring this all out its actually pretty simple lol.

Yep, just plug'em any way you can. Just make sure you don't destroy or throw away anything emissions related in case you ever need/want to go back to an operable EGR and/or smog pump.
