I bought Mac headers and installed them back when I did my HCI setup and at that time spaced intake 3/8" and bought the extension nut for the egr tube. When it came time to install the tube it would not fit due to Mac locating the fitting on a different header tube than OEM. With the adaptor and the tube put in place on the egr it does not go forward or down enough to complete the connections. I would like to get this hooked up and am curious if there is a setup out there for just this situation or will I need to pay a shop to fabricate a tube. I do not have the means to do any fab work like this.

I haven't seen anyone selling custom tubes, nor a flexible alternative. Most just cut off their "nuts" (haha) and reuse them on some copper store from the hardware store after flaring/bending it.

I ended up taking my EGR off the car and turning it off in the tune because my tube broke in half and I was too lazy to go through all the trouble.

Who's tuning your car?

It seems to run fine right now as it is but I am going to get a chip burned at horsepower ranch as soon as I get all these little issues out of the way. I am also going to put a power pipe and a different pulley on the charger before I get a good solid tune behind it.
