anyone used a set of eibach prokit springs from a GT on their v6??? i talked to eibach and the only difference is how springy they are..how much they absorb...but i dunno if this would be that much of a difference..any advice?
reason im asking is cuz i found a really good deal on slightly used prokit springs from a guy w/ GT ones...

Not very many companies offer a different V6/GT kit. They are the same. The GT weighs only a few Hundred pounds more so there should be any problems. I got Vogtlands and I got the called for drop with my car.

the front springs have to be heavier in the GT. Heck just the engine weighs over 300 pounds more. But I would have to guess the rears would be the same. How much can 1 muffler weigh ?

did you have to replace shocks/struts with your lowering springs ? I just ordered a full set and after the fact the distributor said I HAD to replace the shocks and struts or a 'dangerous condition' would be caused. The distributor also sells shoicks/struts. I have never heard of shocks being required for a 1.5" drop. I'm not going to installs the fronts for a while, if ever.
