I have the Eibach Pro kit springs for my vert, but the back still sits to high. Not mcuh better than stock. My friend has the Sportlines for his 2000 Coupe. He's getting rid of them so he can get some 18's under him. Will the rear springs work on mine? Is there difference between the coupe and convertible springs?

Sorry man, I don't know the answer. I just put a set of eibach's on my front end but I don't know which ones they are, I'll have to ask yeahloh95 as they were his old ones. I'm 90% sure we did in fact have a different spring rate from the factory, but I don't know by how much.

well if you have the same springs (i.e. eibach sportlines for verts on there right, and they have a stronger spring so your car sits too high... wouldn't it make sence to use the coupe spring so your car would drop a little more. I doubt there's that big of a difference either way, the spring rate can't be too different.

I looked in my ford racing catalog and it appears the only 'verts that had specific springs were the '03 cobras. Cobra coupes were 450lbs/in front and 210lbs/in rear, the 'vert had 600lbs/in front and 600lbs/in rear.

Our stock spring rates are 400/500lbs/in front and 165/265lbs/in rear for the GT and 400lb/in front and 160lb/in rear for the cobras.
