Hey ppl, I just joined the CLUB,
I am thinking of lowering my Stang w/Eibach springs(they suggested either 1.1all arround or 1.7F-1.5R about $289-which is not too bad) on a 2001 V6 Convertible. I am also getting new shocks and struts since the car has about 68000 miles , as well as Tires: Kumho ECSTA 711 225/50/R16 Front, 245/50/R16 Rear.......I just needed a few sugestions about the lowering should I go w/1.1 or go even lower 1.7-1.5 which would look better ????? I`m going back to the shop TODAY 6/28 after 4pm Pacific time and make my final decision !
It would cost me an estimate of less then $1000 for the Shocks, struts, Springs, tire mount ,alighment and work included.

THANX any sugg. will be welcomed

The lower drop will certainly look meaner, but you will have to worry about caster/camber with a drop greater than 1.5" if I'm not mistaken.

That kit looks awesome on every car I've seen. You will here some people on here say it lowers the back to much, but IMO it looks perfect, and level on every car I've seen with them in person. My GF has them on her car and they are great. I'm getting mine installed on Thursay. Can't wait.

This will be my first mod and I was hoping to hear some feedback on those who have in fact got them done and tell me how the handling is and feel.
