Elec fan runs CONSTANTLY, after P1SC install

Anybody know what could cause the fan to run all the time. After the water heats up to 130 degrees or so, it just runs and runs and runs and runs and runs.

what degree T-stat do you have in it??? and the fans should be programmed to com on at a certain temp range also, do you have a hand held tuner or chip?

Everything is stock except the blower and the Diablo chip.
