Here's my setup:

347 stroker
Mack VIII electric fan w/ DC Controller (FK50P)
PA Performance 240 3G Alternator
~1,000 watts of stereo amplifiers
+ remaining stock electrical functions...

My question is related to getting all of this power hooked up and looking good, so we're talking aesthetics at this point.

I have the following leads which need to go to the positive terminal on the battery
4 gauge lead to the trunk (quantity = 2 )
4 gauge lead to alternator (qty = 1 )
10 gauge lead to elect. fan controller (qty =1 )
All stock/remaining components.

Of course, I'll need good grounds, but if I can get some decent ideas on the positive lead, I could use some derivation of that solution.

Anyone have suggestions on how to make this look good/hidden ???

Thanks in advance.

As for the trunk, look at the current & length of wire needed and just send one lead back there and split it of with a distibution block or something similar (1000 watts of stereo eqip. at that length is gonna need more than 4 AWG) then do each ground into 1 ground and ground to the frame rail. You are also going to need more than 4 AWG for the alternator @ 240A.

Some help on the wire sizes. Remember that the ground wire must be the same size as the supply wire.
