I`ve asked this question to several people and got different answers.

I have one wire the is pulsing (makes the test light blink), and another wire that is constant power with the key on. Both of these wires are in the original harness that came with the car, but I don`t know which one ran the electric choke on the original carb.

Which wire does my new Holley need?

Use the solid circuit wire. Just me, but you'd do better to just remove the whole choke assembly.
