ELECTRIC FANS

i have just purchased an PROFORM electric fan and it is not coming on when car is up to temp. i have a good pos.an neg. connection. i need to know where i can find an good 12 volt low amp source without going to the fuse panel ( under hood ).

Tap into the igniton coil red/greeen wire or one of the Smog pump solenoid red wires.
