I have an electric water temperature and oil pressure gauge that I'm trying to install. I have installed the senders where the stock senders were on the 5.0L and the stock wiring is still in place. Is it possible to utilize the stock wiring instead of running new wiring to my new electric gauges?
If so, what wires and where are the wires that I need? I looked up some wiring diagrams and I see the oil pressure gauge for example is white with red and it looks like it goes to the salt & pepper shakers on the back of the upper intake manifold. Where does it go from there and is there a spot in the car I can pick up these wires and run them to my new gauges?
The wiring I'm utilizing is from an 88 5.0L Mustang.
