Electric Water Pump

Is anyone running an electric water pump on a 5.0. My 5.0 is pretty much stock is I was looking at CSR water pump for a small block but don't know if it would fit. My water pump just took a dump it is leaking from the impellar bearing i guess since I can see it leaking from behind the pulley. Thanks for any help.

someone just came out with one.cant remember who and i dont know if it is for use daily drivin cars are not,meaning if it has the hookup for the heater or not.all the ones i looked at did not.someone will chime in and let you know for sure though

If your car is stock you will be fine with a stock FRPP 94/95 replacement pump unless your just wanting an electric water pump. Meziere has a 94/95 specific electric water pump with and without the idler pulley, around $400 dollars. CSR does not make an electric pump for our timing cover. The FRPP replacement pump can be had from jegs or summitt for about $85.

you don't need an electric pump, don't waste the money. just get a replacement pump or the only other thing i would do would be get an edelbrock. I'm almost positive they just came out with a model for our cars.
