Hey Randy is there a better option to go with? I think i read the pumps from the 03/04 Cobra were improved and if so i'm assuming its a direct bolt on for my 96. sgarlic said:I'd be especially worried about failure if I were planning on supercharging. I'd hate to be in full boost and have a short circuit zap the water pump, while every other accessory runs just fine.. no indication that you're about to experience engine failure momentarily.

Anyways, I've lost a belt before in an area with no turn offs I was forced to drive that car about a mile or so to a turn off area and did no damage, of course that was a SBC and they are kinda hard to break.
