hey! just rebuilt a 2003 v6, and I am having a weird problem. The starter relay only works when the starter fuse is out (only hear a click when turning the key all the way like you would to start the engine when the starter fuse is out). No idea what to do anymore. Anyone ever had this problem? thanks.
