Well today i took a look at my car blew thru the PCV hoses and you can hear the oil moving in there when i blew. So i did a search but this was not really answered as many members were split in half on not to do it and doing it.

So is it safe to plug the PCV hole, and have 1 breather on each valve cover? Im tired of these oil **** problem. While im at it im goona buy new oil pan gaskets. And maybe timing chain cover gaskets, im gonna make sure its not leaking for sure tru there first.

So yes delete it or no???

Any one. I came up on some New Valve covers with holes and both are baffled. Stock height clears my rockers right?

I wouldn't eliminate it. Vacuum in the crankcase is designed to help the rings seal better, as well as clear oil vapors. Plus, if there is vacuum in the crankcase, there is a better possibility of seal NOT leaking because there is slightly less pressure than atmosphere to pull the oil back into the engine.

During my search i didn't read that it helps the seals work better.

That's why I said "better possibility".

I'm running a valve cover on each breather and a gutted pcv valve to a catch can. Works great, and no more oil in the intake. A vacuum pump would be the best choice, if you deleted your smog pump you can place it there.

im guessing he took the insides of the PCV valve out and then put an inline catch can on the line from PCV to intake
