Emblem pins

I've ordered the 'MUSTANG' letter set for deck lid and they came with plastic inserts - not like the original metal ones. They don't even fit at all - outer diameter too big for the pin holes and letter pins don't even sqeeze in the inner hole of the plastic inerts! Any ideas where I could find the metal inserts?

hmm, well, that sounds strange. I'm not sure if you can just get the metal inserts by themselves. Maybe you could return the emblems or try to get a replacement from the people ya bought it from and ask if they have the letters with the metal inserts. goodluck
