I installed the emergency brake pull. I went to install the cable, and the old cable had this rubber piece on it. I think was used to fill the oblong hole in the second picture. I thought that the cable housing clipped in that oblong hole somehow, but it doesn't seem to fit right. Can someone point me in the right direction as to where that cable housing gets clipped in to?

What are you going with a different E-brake setup?... like the Lokar piece?

No. I'm going with stock 67 pull handle and cable. I just don't have a picture of the stock bracket the upper cable housing mounts in to. Upper and lower pictures would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
