Emission inspection...

I have LT with O/R H. I knew i won't pass visual. So after riding car without cats for almost year, i finaly broke down and bought 2 cats, and modified my O/R H to accept it. And i lost some sound(its stock like quite now ), and i have leak. But i figure at least i'll pass emission.

So i took it to get it inspected today. I was as proud as owner can be, because I knew I'll pass both safety and emission.

then then came up to me that my car is exempt from emmission, because I only have put less then 1500 miles on the car in year!.
appearently if you drive less then 5000miles/year, your exempt from emission crop in county i live in!

So i spent money on cats, created leak, lowered ground clearance that i don't have for nothing!

I got

no crop. Its Okay. I have now excuse to buy VRS(i think) Stainless X pipe for my BBK as i hear many good thing about it
