Energy Suspension bushings??

Poly suspension bushings are for people who are looking for every last bit of suspension stiffness. They are inherently noisier than the rubber bushings, since they transmit road noise directly into the unibody.

Greasing them will prevent squeaks for at least a while, and the graphite-impregnated bushings help with noise, but they will all be noisier than rubber. That's just how they are.

Those things will drive you insane. I had them on my 91 notch, and took them off real quick. I tell you what I did if it's any help ( I know you spent a bunch of cash already) I bought the complete front and the upper rear control arms out of the motorsport /svo whatever they are calling it now catalog.
Man, those things were a deal, new bushings ball joints
Then find a parts house that carries Moog Brand Chassis Parts and get your other bushings. ie.. lower rear control arms, sway bar etc..Moog good stuff. Go back to rubber your gonna hate those things..I did.

Did you make sure you torqued them with the car level and with full weight on the rear? If you didn't loosen them up and bounce the car to settle the suspension. Torque level with full weight or you will bind.
