I've slowly but surely been stripping down my 92 Fox Conv for a complete change in color. The outter dash has been removed, but much of the frame and air boxes are still fastened to the firewall.....

What's the simpest/cleanest way to pull these wire harnesses through the firewall ??

Do I have to remove all component from the interior side of the fire wall ?

TIA

just pull it through, if you alrady have the dash out, its very simple just pull it out, but I pulled mine out last night, in about 15 mins, unhook the connectors and ground, take computer out, take the white bracket out that holds the comp. in place, and start by pulling out the gromit from the engine bay, and then slowly pulling the harness through, and you should be good, just look at it and figure it out, and youll know what im talking about, you DO NOT have to take the dash out to get the harness out but, its easier with it out..

Are you talking about an SN or Fox when you say you don't nee to pull the dash to get the wires inside?
How did you get the wires from behind the hearter box inside?
Got any pics of what you've done?
Thank in advance.

Great advice that worked quite well.

What about the large harness which goes through the firewall on the drivers side ? Did you pull that harness out as well ?

TIA

It should be just as easy to pull inside as the passengerside harness was.
