O.K. so you see what I have in my signature. Right now my motor is down to the short block because I had coolant in the oil and I thought it was a headgasket or cracked head, but I believe it was due to the intake manifold having several bolts that were so loose you could move them by hand. Anyways I figured since I have it aprart I will definately change the heads, iron or aluminum I have no clue yet, that's why I'm asking for opinions. With my setup now I'm running about 9:1 compression I was thinking of going to around 10 or 10.5:1 KB hyper pistons because I don't want to pay $500 for piston and get a set of GT40 heads. Now would I be better off bumping up the compression and GT40 heads or just getting a set of used aluminum heads and staying with the compression I have now, not using car as daily driver so don't mind putting high octane fuel in it. I do have a set of old TRW or Federal mogul domed pistons, but couldn't find any info on them they were posted up in the forum a couple days ago, I could use them but compression is probably about 11.5:1 with 62cc heads. Also don't plan on running power adders, but don't really wanna fork out money for aluminum heads and domed pistons, but will for iron heads cause the price will be about the cost of the aluminum heads alone and will the 2.02 valve heads fit with newer aftermarket pistons. Also should I change out the E-303 cam or leave it? Thanks
