Engine Engine builders: Pushrod length question...

I am building a 5.0, non-adjustable rockers.

I am using a Comp Cams length checker tool.

I come up with a perfect length being 6.215".

The only available lengths are 6.2" or 6.25"

My question is do I go with the .015" too short pushrod, or the .035" too long rod?
Will the hyd roller lifters absorb that .035", or will it make the valves too tight?
Does anyone make shims to raise up the Cobra pedestal rockers .035"?

Use to be that when you bought the Cobra roller rockers new they came with shims. If no shims, I would rather be a tiny bit to short on the pushrod than be to long.

So, the company that made the Cobra rollers for Ford should sell a shim kit?
I'll check into that. It sounds like that is the best way.

I can use the 6.250" pushrods and shim them up .030" with this kit.
