I am trying to find the best combinations to accomidate the Holley Systemax II engine package I purchased for my 91 GT. Right now I already have (to go with it) 70mm Throttle Body/EGR, 155lph fuel pump, 24# Injectors, 70mm Mass Air, 1 5/8"Long Tube Headers/H-Pipe/Flowmaster, underdrive pulleys, and 200 amp one wire altenator. I think these are good. But I am not sure which rockers to go with. Any suggestions on what I already have and what else I should get would be great. Any advise or comments would be great. Thanks

Pick up a set of 1.6 roller rocker. I think those heads use 3/8" studs (find out before ordering rockers). Combo looks good, but I hear the camshaft isn't the greatest. I know Rick 91GT on here made 340rwhp with that combo but with an afm n-61 cam. You'll need new pistons or cut stockers to work. Just an example.

What 70mm maf is that? Is that the cobra one, if so you need a cobra eec to use it.

I bought it while in Iraq online, just looked at it, realized it is a C&L MAF for 24# and is 76mm.

What heads do you have PT#???

The cam will not give you the results you want, going with a AFM cam on a custom would work very well. If you have stock pistons the AFM N-41 would work I believe that is the one Rick specs in for that kit. If you have aftermarket pistons or notch them the N-61 works great!

I ran a 30# inj (I was at 80% duty cycle with them...)(24# is tooo small)
75mm TB
80mm Pro-M shorty (this worked better then the 76mm C&L I had)
1.6 rockers (I like the Scorpions or the new lightweight profiled Probes)
I cleaned up the heads a little and matched the ports on the upper to lower. I needed 1" spacer and 4 gaskets! to clear the tall valve covers.

If you need any specific help or parts let me know if Ic an help you.

Here's a pic of the old combo... I miss it to tell you the truth, the car was a blast and on a 175 shot it made 550RWHP+/742RWTQ. I'm actually thinking about building another street car since my car is far from one now.

Can't find a PT#. Let me know where to look. I have them in hand at the moment. This is all stuff I bought while in Iraq. Trying to fix up my first stang I bought in 99. This is the car I'll never get rid of.
