Engine compartment unknown leak.

Hey guys can anyone tell me what this is and what's leaking? The other day I drove her pretty hard and when I parked I had steam from that leak evaporating. I am not sure what the fluid is. I can't find any explanation of this, I believe the cold air intake heads into this but idk. I know little about cars and can't find a good engine compartment diagram online.

Is it oily? Such as motor oil, power steering fluid, or brake fluid?

Or is it more water like for example anti-freeze?

Clean it up real good and keep an eye on it, looks like it is centered on the valve cover PCV hosing but I note a bit of fluid on the Master Cylinder Reservoir cap edge.
