engine help

ok cool i will run 24lb injectors, and a e7 setup. i guess that e7 stand for 70 mm maf sensor, and throttel body. thanks guys you have been alot of help,
i will be shure to post pictures as it comes together.

No, E7 is the number designated to stock heads.
For a meter, run a pmas 75 or bigger matched to the injectors.

If he has E7's then he doesn't have 400hp n/a I therefore retract my statements and 24's are fine. I'm basing my info off 400 brake hp period which was the info he gave. still going by your last post figuring static loss you would be safe running 30's with 400 brake hp. I still stand behind the calculations which the I used is for N/A applications, you would change the BSFC for boosted motors. funny with all the back and forth about charts and figures they wound up supporting or coming close to your very statements you posted.example:you stated 300hp stretchs 19's, the 1st caculation I gave showed the same thing, pretty close for the 24's example, etc, etc. Oh well time to move on from it but good debate is always healthy :flag:

ok i only have one more question for you guys. how do i find out what heads i have on the engine. where are the numbers? and what do they mean. i looked on the left rear corrner of the engine, on the head, and found a 37 there. dose that mean anything or do i need to pull a valve cover?

ok i also have my cam card with me now. duration of both is 284, and max lift is 105 for the intake and 115 for exhaust. i am not really shure if this is a good cam or not, i would kind of like to know if the guy i had build me motor is screwing me over or not.

ok at .050 it is 216 duration, and max lift at the cam is .3027. with the 1.6 rockers i have, at the valve it will be .484. if i am reading the card right then thats what it is. any good?
