got my engine built and finally went to install it tonight.
long story short.. the canton oil pan is so tight if it fits at all, the input shaft wont line up with the crank right. then the engine just tips back and forth around the input and makes one side of the bellhousing tight and the other a 1-2" gap.
does anyone use a canton 7 quart oil pan with stock k-member? its hitting right on the corners of it it seems like. which makes it a near impossible angle and position for them to line up.
im really thinking about just re-installing my stock oil pan, at least it works.
