I have a noise comming from my engine, I can't quite figure out what it's from yet, but I think it may be a loose belt or a loose pully. Not sure. Well anyways, I have a squeeking noise comming from my engine(when I'm parked, and when I'm driving), but if I just gently have my foot on the clutch, or have the clutch all the way in, the noise is gone. Can anyone give me an idea of what I should look for to fix this?

Oh what's it called...oh I got it. You my friend, need a new throw-out bearing. Meaning you might need a new clutch. Before you ask, Centerforce and Spec are two popular brands for aftermarket clutches.

you gotta drop the tranny to do it so while you are in there, get the flywheel turned if needed and put a new clutch in.

T/O bearing it is. I solved my problem by getting the Steeda clutch quadrant and cable. Put some pressure on the clutch to keep the T/O from squeeling. But I also have a 01' and you have an older clutch. So I would just get a new clutch set.

On a side note, drop me a PM and I can get you a decent price for a Spec clutch.

Really, i thought that the mods were not watching and I would drop a sale line in the forums. Damn him, why could he not overlook this one.

Since we know what his problem is and that he knows that it is the TOB!

I guess I can say IBTL!
