im not sure at all but do you think the wot cut-off relay would cause this problem??its located near the mass air meter.i had an ignition module that partially went bad and caused similar problems.you could remove it and have it tested at autozone.it has 7 circuits inside of it and if all 7 lights dont come on during the test,then those particular curcuits are bad.it can go completely out or part of it between certain rpms like mine did.mine was between 3500 and 4500 rpm it would completely die out but below and above those two rpm's it would run perfect.just some thoughts,might not be either one of those but you never know.
