Engine Replacement?

I own a 02 GT convertible and am in need of a new engine. I think I have decided to go with a rebuilt engine from NAPA. I was thinking if I am going to replace why not put a cobra motor in there. If I bought the 4.6 DOHC engine what other things do I need to consider. Will everything bolt up correctly? Does anything else need to be changed to accommodate? I would really appreciate any help. Thanks.

Have a mustang shop build you one to your specs in what you want it to do. Or buy one from Livernois or DDS i think it is. a 4.6 DOHC i think you will need a new computer and harness atleast im not sure what else.
