Engine stalls when hot

Engine stalls when hot, when the clutch is depressed to change gears when coming to a stop sign or traffic lights. Will start back up, but will flutter out and stall again if the gas is not pressed, the stang drives normal when accelerating and at cruising speeds. Everything seems to be functioning. Tps is functioning, and mass air sensor does not seem to be dirty. If there is anybody that has had this problem or any information on it, it would be greatly appreciated to be guided in the right direction. The car is a 89 LX 5.0L with mild bolt on mods.
