So I'm almost finished swapping a stock 2k gt block for an 04' explorer block. There are just a couple of things that are holding me up.
On our gt iron blocks there is a little three pronged red connector that plugs into a socket on the passenger side of the block just under the last exhaust port and behind the starter. this is apparently not there on an aluminum explorer block.
So what is it and do I need it, do I have to splice it to somewhere else?
There was a completely different looking plug on the drivers side under the intake that I don't seem to need on the explorer block, are they related?
