Engine swap

I have saved up some money and have been wanting to do a 32V dohc 4.6 swap into my 96 gt. I have searched everywhere but can't find anything on how exactly to do it. I was hoping to find a guide but nothing. Does anyone know ANYTHING about this swap and what all should be taken into consideration. I read somewhere that I would have to swap over the antitheft system that deals with the key or else it won't start. ANybody got anything for me?

I'm looking at doing the same thing or either a PI swap. My 96 GT does not have PATS but it shouldnt be a problem. I read in a 4v swap you can use your GT computer so your PATS is not affected and use the cobra engine wiring harness.
