18mustangs said:The cam sound is probably a vacuum leak somewhere, check your PCV valve to make sure it's in, and if you haven't changed the screen, grommet, and valve in a long time change them, it's only bout $20 total from Ford. The vibration almost sounds like a harmonic balancer, mine acted as you said when mine went out, it would vibrate like crazy at certain speeds, but if I accelerated it would decrease and then stop. I changed the balancer and all was well after that. Also, the ticking could be an exhaust leak like Chris said, get out your wrench and check all the header bolts.
