Hmmm, does this belong in tech? or talk? Or maybe it's just spam. But this is local to me and I thought it was too cool not share with everyone here. It's a workshop with membership. emachine shop has someone else build it to your print then you pay for it. doesnt this teach you how to use the equipment?

I almost checked it out last year but we ended up getting a lot of good stuff at work like laser cutters, CNC, and sheet metal equipment so it was pointless to drive 40 minutes.

I'll wait for the SF location to open. I hope it's in a decent location and not in the middle of some congested 10-minute parking areas. Maybe when they say "San Francisco" they mean a city near it, like a lot of companies do around here.

You pay for membership and have access to a workshop with all kinds of equipment. They have classes too.
