Even more cooling help needed

Where is the fan control module or relay box?

The fan won't come on come ((** or high water! I charged the ac, and the compressor will run steady, but there is only 9-10 volts at the fan power connector.

It works fine if you jump it from the battery.

might be an alternator going bad....

Thanks. This is being a pain. The bat/alt is at 14.6 volts at idle, so it seems fine.

I am trying to locate the "ac/cooling fan controller" or IRCM, or the box that runs the fan, etc.

My Chiltons doesn't say where it is located........as usual.
