I charged the ac, and the compressor will run steady, but there is only 9-10 volts at the fan power connector. It works fine if you jump it from the battery. Thanks, rd

I am trying to locate the "ac/cooling fan controller" or IRCM, or the box that runs the fan, etc. My Chiltons doesn't say where it is located........as usual.
