Where is the best place for MSD box
And show me all your MSD boxes under hood

I would have to say the best place would be to move the battery to the trunk and put the msd box where the battery was, or to lengthen the wires and put the msd under the passanger seat.

But most people on here including myself put the box in the upper right corner of the engine compartment.

That must be a new type of air filter. I bet you would gain about 100HP with a old bad K & N.

I put mine where everybody else above me put theirs. Much meaner looking there then my previous place under the CAI.

I put mine in the drivers side fenderwell. No problems with it yet.

I install MSD 6A box and Blaster High Vibration Coil few days ago , but tonight I upload pics and videos on net so here is donor car 94 Mustang 347ci , with BAD A$$ mods and here is run of that Mustang 10.88@131 , this car is on winter project right now so car is in pieces

I have mine in the same place: Driver side firewall.

P.S. Man, so many of you guys on this forum have got the sweetest looking engine compartments.

Seth, that looks like an old school coil there!

We do have some nice engine bays around here!

Take off the front drivers side wheel...remove plastic spash gaurd, mount MSD Ignition to upper right side of engine compartment in wheel well...route the wires out the hole by the windshield washer bottle to the battery and run remaining wires down the strut tower brace accordingly. Reinstall spash gaurd and wheel.

MSD's iggy's don't like heat too much and in the engine compartment it can have a high ambient temperature.

Yah, there is a lot of room to install stuff in there. That's where I put my CCRM. I didn't put my MSD box there because I wanted to be able to change the RPM pill if I wanted to.

NOPE This is Blaster High Vibration Coil , color use to be black , but I repainted in Laser red
