Looks like a nice project, wish I was close to having that much done to my 88 gt. Cage doesnt have any door bars, and mounted in back seat instead of floor, alittle differnt to see one done like that.

See you got a lot done with all that time you had from not being on here.

I see you painted the block and the heads to look like a LSX.

BTW welcome back!

Yeah we've been working diligently, goal is for both of us to park next to each other at knotts.

yeah the cage is kinda chicken ****, but nothing stands out that it wont pass tech, i'll add the door bars though.

yeah i REALLY do want an lsx for it. But she gets enough **** from random people that she doesnt want to deal with having one more thing for people to bother her with.

Plan is to powdercoat the valve covers, intake, brackets etc to silver so they match the upcoming rims.

Power goal is about 500rwhp at 14-15psi. I painted the heads and block so it doesnt stand out for a smog tech that i did work to the actual engine, even though its 100% legit

Nice work, it looks like you got quite the haul of parts with it. Sounds like it will be a fun car to drive. Are you going to put the GT ground effects back on?

Yeah its alot of work cause i dont have alot of money right now. And vegas is so damn tempting (even when you dont drink or gamble)

So i just need to pay for the cobra brakes on order from my parts guy, some pushrods,, rims/tires, and seats and its complete.

No. The engine is going to blow up because you axe-kicked it.

Damn, thats a lot of work! Keep it coming. We went to Vegas for the first time in April, and Ive wanted to go back pretty badly. Cant blame you for being hooked, we had a great time without drinking much, and only spent $1 that her Dad gave us to piss away for him.

Yeah this is my 10th or 11th trip. When we go we do the $$$$ restaurant scene. Jacket required etc. Our place is Prime steakhouse, patio seating out with the bellagio fountains going off is unmatched. Top of the world is a close second, food is far better at Prime but its a fun experience.

But when i mean i dont drink, i mean i've never even tasted alcohol, and my girlfriend still isnt 21 yet so she cant gamble so dont really, its true you can go to vegas and not drink or gamble and still have a blast. You can also go and spend pennies or c-notes if you want to.

Hit me up next time you go, never know we may be going the same time, Justin (fiveohwblow) goes alot and the plan was a few times to meet up, but it was either we just went or i spent too much money on car parts

Damn, I guess 500rwhp wont have anything to do with it. I'll have a shop redo it.
