You guys ever seen an LS1 swap 01 Camaro SS? The swap is extremely time consuming, but the results are awesome.

Getting an engine out of an SS is extremely time consuming by itself

You don't lift the engine out, your drop it out from the bottom with the K frame still attached. Just unbolt and hook the engine hoist up to the core support and yank. Then you urinate on the LS1 and go home and put a BBK CAI on your 5.0 and own the world.
