Evo Viii Turbo

Will a turbo from a Evolution be to small for my car or will it work good. i have a friend upgrading his turbo and offered me his stock one for free.

what are the specs? either way...take it..if you dont use it..send it to me ill pay shipping

Not too sure what they use now but I still think its a Hitachi 16g. If you use two it will be ok, but one will only be good for a couple pounds of boost before you run out of compressor efficency. Not worth the trouble.

2 of them will be ok, one may be a tad small lol. single turbo mustangs hover around the 70 mm mark for mostly stock cars

60mm is bare minimum you want to run. The EVO's turbo runs out of steam around 350hp..anymore power and it's just a restriction. I'd say no.

thanks guys i thought it may be to small another guy i know said he would trade me for two turbos that a t3/t4 so i may do that and just go twin.
