Excal-2 Questions

I have done a search, but too many results to sift through to find what I need.

Is the X-cal2 a hand held programmer? I know if I buy it with a CAI, I will get multiple tunes, and 87-91-93.

Will I be able to make any more fine adjustments, is it data logging capable, and does it read error codes?

Is it functional with a lap top.
