exhaust for gt and cobra

Ok, I sold my trans am and I've been looking at getting another mustang for a new project. I'm trying to find a nice cheap GT or Cobra with low miles...but leaning more towards a GT seeing as they are a lot cheaper and much much easier to find. If I were to get like a 97 or 98 GT I'm eventually going to put a Cobra engine in it but was curious to see what mods I could do on it that would also fit on a Cobra engine. Mainly like exhaust...I just want to know if I were to get an x pipe and a cat back if it will be able to fit with a Cobra setup. Any comments would be greatly appreciated

Get what you REALLY want.. Dont buy a GT if you wanna cobra motor.. its MUCH easier to just wait and find the car you want.. it will save you alot of time and money.. PLus having the 4.6 4V is just sick nasty.. lol i would love one
