exhaust manifold paint

I finally started working on the ol Stang again. I just finished putting the motor back in. I have not installed the original exhaust manifolds yet, and was wondering what is a good paint to use. Also what is the proper color? Sometime in the distant future I will swap them out for headers, but right now I just want it to look nice. Thanx

POR-15 makes a good high-temp exhaust manifold paint in factory colors Ford, GM, etc. I've used their manifold paint before and was happy with it.

i've always used the 1500* VHT cast iron paint and it works quite well but you need sandblast the manifolds before you paint them
