Exhaust mods for supercharged cobra

I own a 1998 cobra with a vortech sq trim blower. I was wondering if anyone knew if I added performance exhaust with high flow or no cats if the computer would have to be removed and reflashed so it would run properly?

hmm if you put headers and a full exhaust setup, you may run a tad more rich.

Vortech tells me if any mods are done I have to have the computer reflashed but others tell me you dont. What do you guys think?

well, you will gain a lot of flow with a full exhaust system, Long Tubes, Mid pipe and a good flowing cat back. I wouldnt do a tune if I was adding a mid pipe but I would if I was installing headers. There could be a extra bit of power from a tune but if you dont have the money, it wont hurt you.
