Ok guys I have not called Full Throttle yet but here is an idea I am tossing around:

Bassani:

Off road X-pipe w/Mil sensors
Headers
Catback

Any idea how that should sound?

Would this be something they would be good at doing then?

Eventually I want a Steeda TRi-Ax shifter as well. And also will want some Caster/Camber plates put on.

Any idea on the install costs for those items? I am looking for the original product not the new BX series that is designed to be cheaper.

Damn, not a bad deal at all. I don't even want to think about what I was charged when I had my flows welded in a few years ago on my 00 GT.

And I would gladly pay someone $300 to install headers. Because I sure as hell don't want to do it.

I bet your car sounds awesome. I heard a 01 Cobra before with a o/r h-pipe and it was one of the best sounding exhausts I've ever heard.

I would install the cat-back myself if I were you. And check to see what a shop would charge for the install of the headers. Because that job is a pain in the ass. Like I said above, I would glady pay someone $300 to install it.

All Bassani? That's big $$$
I have JBA shorties, Bassani o/r X and Magnaflow catback.
The X and catback ran me $600 and I got the headers used(still new though) for $350.

So if you can go ahead and get me some deals on my car that would be great...Just tell them it's your car.

well from my understanding the only difference between the bx performance and the outragesly priced bassani is the stainless steel so if you drive your car in the winter you better pay the big bucks so it doesnt look like el crapo in a year or two but if you put it up like most you can save a hell of alot and get the bx thats my opinion ...but maybe im wronge

It does not always get to be put up...hopefully by next year both of them will be and both will hopefully have a garage to slide into...cross your fingers I got my eye on a place now.

SVT Chic,

Where did you have your work done? I recently moved to the DC area with my 2001 Cobra and a 1985 Twister II and have been looking around for decent shops. Most places want too much and/or don't have time for me. I do most of the work myself, but 300 bucks for a header install on a 2001 Cobra ain't bad.
