Installed o/r h-pipe this past May and has flowmasters that were already on there. Anyways now whenever the car sits if I go to the gym or go get gas and turn the car off, when I start the car up the exhaust starts popping repeatedly out the left tail pipe (not as loud as a backfire but its noticeable), only on start up for a few seconds after you turn the key on. Any ideas? No exhaust leaks or anything either.

Try changing the spark plugs. High resistance in any plug can cause popping in the exhaust. What happens is the charge wont go through said plug due to high resistance. Instead it jumps the post in the dist cap and fires one of the other cylinders out of time igniting unburnt fumes in the exhaust. Pop pop pop

View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VQcKu4iEPmE&feature=share. Here's a link, not the best quality but in person I'd say it sounds a lot like the popping that happens when you rev the engine In park sometimes

No code 11 (two flashes when the computer dumps the codes)?

A perfectly functioning system will always get a code 11, it is the everything is OK code. The 11 code is computer passed its internal self test.
If you don't get an 11, you have computer or wiring problems.
Please check and repost.
